1. Free trial lessons
Quran Garden may offer two free live trial lessons to help a learner experience the class and clarify the starting level. Because no lesson fee is charged for the free trial itself, there is no cash refund for an unused or missed free trial lesson.
If you cannot attend a free trial, contact the academy. A replacement trial time may be offered subject to teacher availability and reasonable use of the free-trial offer.
2. Cancelling or rescheduling a paid lesson
If you need to cancel or change a paid lesson, contact the academy as early as reasonably possible through the approved channel. Whether a lesson can be rescheduled or credited may depend on the plan, the amount of notice, teacher time already reserved and any booking conditions confirmed before payment.
A late cancellation or no-show may be treated as a used lesson when teacher time was reserved and the plan terms allow this. We avoid inventing one universal notice period here because different plans or future arrangements may have specific rules that should be shown before purchase.
3. When the academy or teacher cancels
If a confirmed paid lesson cannot take place because of the academy or assigned teacher, Quran Garden will normally aim to reschedule it, provide a reasonable replacement arrangement, apply an appropriate lesson credit or otherwise resolve the missed service fairly.
An unavoidable emergency, platform outage or event outside reasonable control may require a timetable change. We will communicate the available practical options when this happens.
4. Technical problems and missed lessons
The learner is responsible for a reasonably working device and internet connection. A learner-side connection or device failure does not automatically create a right to a replacement or refund, although the academy may review the circumstances and technical evidence fairly.
If the problem is on the academy’s side and materially prevents the paid lesson from being delivered, we will aim to provide an appropriate replacement, credit or other resolution.
5. Refund requests for paid plans
If you believe a refund is due, contact Quran Garden through the official contact page and provide the learner name, payment or plan information, relevant lesson dates and the reason for the request. We will review the request against the service delivered, the confirmed plan terms and applicable law.
Lessons already fully delivered are generally not refundable merely because the learner later changes their mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the academy agrees a correction is appropriate. Unused future service may be handled according to the confirmed plan and circumstances.
6. How refunds are returned
Where a refund is approved, we normally aim to return it through the original or another appropriate payment route. Processing time can depend on the payment provider, bank and country and may be outside Quran Garden’s direct control.
Currency conversion differences or third-party bank and card fees may not be recoverable by the academy unless law or the payment provider requires otherwise.
7. Consumer rights
This policy is intended to explain the academy’s operational approach. It does not remove refund, cancellation or consumer rights that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
If a plan-specific condition conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right takes priority.
