The curriculum in brief
Ijazah Preparation Curriculum
This is a preparation curriculum, not an Ijazah promise. It is designed for reciters whose basic Tajweed is already strong and who need sustained accuracy, correction of recurring details and readiness for more demanding teacher evaluation.
Preparation only: this curriculum does not itself promise or automatically grant an Ijazah.
How the curriculum develops
Readiness check
Confirm that reading, articulation and core Tajweed are already strong enough for advanced work.
Recurring-error cleanup
Track small mistakes that return across different surahs and remove them systematically.
Sustained connected recitation
Maintain accuracy over longer portions without a drop in articulation or rule application.
Assessment readiness
Practise receiving detailed correction, revisiting weak areas and demonstrating stable improvement.
What stays in focus
Sustained accuracy
Recurring subtle errors
Readiness for advanced teacher evaluation

How lessons work inside this curriculum
The teacher listens to connected recitation, isolates one important sound or rule, models it and asks the learner to use it again in the same passage. Theory is explained only when it helps the recitation.
Between lessons
Practice is tied to the correction made in class: a few ayat, one articulation point, or one rule applied in context. The target remains small enough to repeat well.

How the teacher adapts the path
The teacher chooses the next correction from what is actually heard, not from a generic checklist. Strong areas are left alone while recurring errors receive more focused work.
What the learner should be able to do
Maintain stronger consistency over long connected recitation
Identify and reduce recurring advanced-level errors
Approach advanced assessment with clearer readiness evidence
Useful questions before starting
Does completing this curriculum guarantee an Ijazah?
No. It prepares the learner for advanced assessment; any Ijazah process depends on a qualified teacher, readiness and the requirements of that specific process.
Can a beginner join?
No. Strong Quran reading and applied Tajweed are expected before this level.
Is there a fixed number of lessons?
No. Readiness is demonstrated through stable recitation, not a lesson count.
Is Tajweed mainly theory in this curriculum?
No. Rule names support understanding, but the core work is heard and applied in recitation.
Does this curriculum itself grant an Ijazah?
No. Ijazah preparation is a separate advanced readiness path and no Ijazah is promised by this curriculum.
