1. The service
Quran Garden Academy provides online educational services that may include Quran reading, Tajweed, memorisation, Arabic, Islamic Studies and related learning support. Services, teacher availability, lesson length and scheduling options may change over time.
A trial helps the learner and academy understand fit and starting level, but it does not guarantee a particular teacher, timetable, learning result, examination result or completion date. Learning progress depends on attendance, practice, starting level and other individual factors.
2. Learners, parents and accurate information
You must provide information that is reasonably accurate and sufficient to arrange the service. For a child, a parent or authorised guardian should normally be responsible for booking, payment and important administrative decisions.
Tell us about information that materially affects safe or practical lesson delivery, while avoiding unnecessary sensitive details. You are responsible for keeping your contact details reasonably current.
3. Scheduling, teachers and changes
Lesson times are confirmed subject to teacher and learner availability. The academy may sometimes need to change a teacher, lesson time or learning arrangement because of absence, technical issues, operational needs or suitability. We aim to give reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
A request for a particular teacher or gender preference is a preference, not an absolute guarantee. Where a scheduled lesson cannot proceed because of the academy or teacher, we will aim to offer a reasonable replacement, rescheduling or other appropriate resolution.
4. Fees, billing and plan details
Any fee, lesson frequency, lesson duration, billing period and included service should be shown or confirmed before a paid plan is accepted. Those plan-specific details form part of these terms. Do not make a payment if the price or plan is unclear; contact the academy first.
Payment processing may be provided by a third party. Currency conversion, card fees or bank charges imposed by a payment provider or bank may be outside Quran Garden’s control. Refund and cancellation matters are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Technology and attendance
The learner is responsible for a reasonably suitable device, internet connection and a safe learning environment. Internet or device problems on the learner’s side do not automatically create a right to a replacement lesson, although the academy may consider the circumstances fairly.
Meeting links, passwords and lesson access details must not be shared with unauthorised people. Repeated absence, disruptive conduct or misuse of access may lead to changes in arrangements or suspension of service.
6. Conduct, safeguarding and intellectual property
Learners, families and teachers must follow the Code of Conduct and child-protection expectations. Quran Garden may act immediately if it reasonably believes a safety risk exists.
Website content, academy branding and teaching materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Unless permission states otherwise, materials are supplied for the enrolled learner’s personal educational use and may not be republished, sold or distributed as a competing resource.
7. Suspension, ending service and liability
Either side may end future service subject to any applicable paid-plan, refund and cancellation terms. Quran Garden may suspend or end access where there is non-payment, serious misconduct, misuse, safety concern or another substantial breach.
We aim to provide services with reasonable care, but online education can be affected by events outside reasonable control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quran Garden is not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that law says cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law, and current terms will be published on this page.
