1. Our approach
We aim for clear navigation, readable text, understandable instructions and learning materials that work across common modern devices. We also try to keep important actions, such as contacting the academy and booking a trial, straightforward.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. A feature that works well for one learner may not work equally well for another, and we do not claim that every page, device or third-party service will be barrier-free in every situation.
2. Live lesson adjustments
If a learner benefits from slower pacing, repeated instructions, larger on-screen material, additional verbal explanation, shorter task steps or another practical adjustment, tell us. The academy and teacher can consider what is reasonable within the lesson format and learning goal.
Some requested adjustments may require planning, a different teacher, different material or a different lesson structure. We will explain when a request cannot be provided exactly as asked and, where possible, discuss an alternative.
3. Website and digital materials
We aim to use meaningful headings, sufficient visual contrast, responsive layouts and keyboard-friendly interactions where practical. Content should remain understandable without relying only on colour or decorative effects.
Some embedded media, documents or services supplied by third parties may have accessibility limitations outside Quran Garden’s direct control.
4. How to request help
Use the official contact page and describe the barrier, the page or lesson involved, the device or assistive technology you use if relevant, and the outcome you are trying to achieve. This helps us investigate efficiently.
Please do not send unnecessary medical details. Share only the information needed to explain the adjustment or barrier.
5. Feedback and improvement
We welcome specific accessibility feedback and use it to improve future updates. Where a problem can be corrected directly, we will aim to address it within a reasonable operational timeframe.
Nothing on this page removes any accessibility or consumer rights that may apply under the law relevant to you.
