1. Before each lesson
Please check the device, internet connection, microphone and any materials the learner may need before class. A quiet, well-lit space helps the learner hear, focus and participate.
Encourage the learner to join on time with the books, notebook or memorisation material requested by the teacher. If a technical issue is likely to affect the lesson, contact the academy as early as reasonably possible.
2. During the live class
Children should participate respectfully and follow the teacher’s instructions. For younger learners, a parent or responsible guardian should remain reasonably available so the child can receive help if a technical, safety or practical issue arises.
Parents are welcome to support the learning routine, but should avoid answering for the learner or directing the lesson unless the teacher asks for assistance. This helps the teacher understand the learner’s real level.
3. Practice and progress at home
Short, regular practice is usually more useful than occasional long sessions. Help the learner follow the teacher’s assigned practice and create a realistic routine around school and family commitments.
If the learner is struggling, losing confidence or has a learning need that affects the lesson, tell the academy. Relevant information can help the teacher adapt pace, repetition and presentation.
4. Communication, privacy and recording
Please use the academy’s official contact routes for scheduling, learning questions and administrative matters. Children should not be encouraged to create secret or private communication channels with teachers outside the academy’s approved process.
Do not record, publish or share lesson audio, video, screenshots or a teacher’s personal information without appropriate permission. The same respect applies to any other learner who may appear in approved group activities.
5. Safety concerns
If something during or around a lesson makes you or your child uncomfortable, end or pause the interaction when necessary and contact Quran Garden promptly. Safeguarding concerns should be raised as soon as possible so they can be reviewed appropriately.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or child-protection service in your area first.
